| pilates don't make you bulky. toned means that you're muscular but it's very slimming and thin looking. the instructor is basically a good example of what you would get as long as you follow the routine. |

| How do you continue to lose weight but your breasts stay the same? I've been losing weight and they continue to get smaller but I don't want them to. I started at 175lbs with 36D and now I'm 152 with 36C. I know you can't do spot training, but I really don't want to lose them! This is a serious question, please don't flag me. |
